Both the GOM Media Player and the GOM Video Converter customer support centers will be closed from May 1st, 2015, 04:30 a.m. (EST) until May 6th, 2015, 19:30 p.m. (EST).
During this time users can still access the customer support center and submit questions, however no support inquires will be received until operations resume from May 6th, 2015, 19:30 p.m. (EST).
Once the support centers reopen, we will do our best to reply to all support requests as quickly as possible. Please be aware that high volumes of support requests are anticipated, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while waiting for a response.
For customers who have purchased GOM Video Converter and have questions regarding their license, please refer to the FAQ page.
Logos and Skins that are uploaded to the GOM Media Player website during this time will not be made visible until operations resume on May 6th.
This closing only affects the support centers, and GOM Video Converter purchasing and other GOMlab services will available as per usual.
